Elegant phyllo pastry towers filled with layers of spiced caramel cream, poached pears, and fresh figs.

Ingredients:
Base Layers:

8-10 phyllo sheets, cut into rounds
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar mix
Filling:

1 cup heavy cream, chilled
3 tbsp salted caramel sauce
Toppings:

1 pear, thinly sliced and poached
2 fresh figs, sliced
Extra caramel sauce, warmed for drizzling
Finishing Touch:

¼ cup crushed toasted pecans
Fresh sage leaves, for garnish
