7-minute dessert made with three ingredients. No sugar, flour or baking products

Preparation of curd jelly:

Bring the cottage cheese to a homogeneous consistency using a hand blender. In a separate container, combine the gelatin and water, mix the ingredients thoroughly.

When the gelatin hardens, you need to melt it in the microwave or in a water bath. While the gelatin hardens in water, it is worth finely chopping the canned pineapples, having previously separated them from the liquid.

Mix the liquid from the pineapples with the curd mass, then add the melted gelatin to the mixture. We supplement the curd mass with pineapple pieces and move the mixture into the mold.

It is necessary to put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours until it thickens completely.

Thus, we have a delicious dessert made from cottage cheese and pineapple.
