Beef & Barley Soup

  1. Add Vegetables and Broth:
    To the crockpot, add the carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms, beef base, water, garlic, and bay leaf.
  2. Cook:
    • Set the crockpot to high heat and cook for 1 hour.
    • Add the pearl barley and reduce the heat to low. Continue cooking until the beef and vegetables are tender.
  3. Season and Serve:
    Remove the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
