Put the milk, oil and water in an aluminum pan and heat over medium heat until boiling.
When the mixture boils, turn off the heat and gradually pour it over the tapioca flour, stirring well.
You need to stir the mixture until it cools. After it cools a little, add an egg and mix well.
After stirring well with the spoon, you should knead with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands and the bottom of the bowl. If necessary, add another egg.
When the dough is ready, make balls with your hands in the shape of your preference.
The rolled cookies should be placed on a baking sheet and baked in the oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes, until they are lightly golden. It is not necessary to grease the baking sheet.
After baking, remove the cookies from the oven and serve them warm.
