Cheese cream dessert on the table in 10 minutes with 450 g quark

First, whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and leave to cool. Then stir the quark with the natural yoghurt and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in lightly. 2. Next, drain the fruit, then fold in (cut the peaches or apricots into small pieces first) – but don’t stir any more, otherwise the fruit will be smashed.

Now crumble the biscuits (e.g. in a freezer bag).
Now layer them in dessert glasses or a large bowl. First a layer of biscuits, then the quark-yoghurt cream. Finish with a layer of biscuits.
The dessert should sit for a few hours – overnight, for example – before serving. Done! Enjoy your meal
