chicken skewers

On a board, cut the chicken breast into thin slices.

Place the chicken in a bowl and add the paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, melted butter, oil and orange juice. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Thread the chicken slices onto two skewers, placing 7 to 8 pieces on each. Repeat the process with all the chicken.

Place the skewers on a narrow tray so that they do not touch the surface too much.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Then, take the skewers out, turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the minced garlic, chopped parsley and melted butter in a bowl.

Remove the skewers from the oven and brush them with the butter, garlic and parsley mixture.

Ready to enjoy!
