- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Pan: Grease and flour a tube bundt pan.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Make Glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice to desired consistency.
- Glaze Cake: Drizzle glaze over warm cake and let it soak in.
- Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.
