1. Place each of the chips into separate mason jars.
2. Fill a 6-quart slow cooker with 6 cups of hot water.
3. Place the mason jars in the slow cooker without their lids. The water should come about half way up the sides. If you need to add more hot water, carefully do so, avoiding getting any water in the jars.
4. Do NOT cover the slow cooker. Turn on high, and after 40 minutes give the chocolates a good stir.
5. Keep the heat on and take or dip directly from the mason jars while still in the slow cooker. The temperature will remain consistent, and the melted chocolate will have the perfect consistency.
