Hands down, this ‘White Christmas’ drink is the only one my hubby will request over and over!

1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s hot, but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from scorching.
2. Add the white chocolate chips to the hot milk and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
5. Decorate with holiday sprinkles and serve immediately.
Variations & Tips
For a dairy-free version, you can substitute whole milk with almond milk or any other plant-based milk of your choice. You can also experiment with different flavors by adding a splash of peppermint extract or a dash of cinnamon. For a more decadent treat, consider adding a spoonful of marshmallow fluff on top. If you’re dealing with picky eaters, allow them to customize their hot chocolate with a variety of toppings like crushed candy canes, chocolate shavings, or mini marshmallows.
