I’m kind of embarrassed to admit it, but I can’t stop raving about this dish

1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Add the onions and minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, remove from heat.
2. Add the beef and onion mixture to the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker, along with the remaining ingredients.
3. Cover with the lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, until the vegetables are soft and cooked through.
4. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy!
