I’ve tried this dish multiple times, but it’s never THIS good. The best!

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and stir well, cooking for another minute to get rid of the raw flour taste.
4. Gradually stir in the beef broth, making sure to mix well to prevent lumps. Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
6. While the gravy is simmering, prepare your mashed potatoes if you haven’t already. You can use your favorite homemade recipe or even store-bought for convenience.
7. To serve, spoon a generous portion of the beef and gravy mixture over a bed of mashed potatoes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
