My Italian friend showed me this recipe. It’s been a household fave since!

Anyone who knows me understands that after a long day, I just love to unwind with a good meal that doesn’t demand too much fuss. My Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini Pasta is a nod to those classic Italian flavors we all adore, merged seamlessly with the ease of a slow cooker meal. Traditionally cooked in the oven, Tetrazzini is a pasta dish with a creamy sauce, usually featuring chicken or turkey – total comfort food! Adapting it to a slow cooker method allows all those rich flavors to meld beautifully without having to keep an eye on the oven.
This Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini stands almost complete on its own, but I love to pair it with a crisp, green salad tossed with a light vinaigrette to add some freshness. Alternatively, steamed green beans or a side of garlic bread can wonderfully complement the creamy pasta, making the meal heartier. If you’re feeling fancy, a glass of chilled Chardonnay goes surprisingly well with the rich sauce.
