Instructions
1. Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
While the mixture is boiling, measure out the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.
3. Combine:
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla until well combined.
4. Shape:
Drop the mixture by tablespoons onto wax paper-lined baking sheets.
5. Cool:
Let the cookies cool for 30 minutes or until set.
