There wasn’t a single bite left of this dish by the end of dinner. It was that good!

1. Place rinsed and dried chicken in the slow cooker, breast side up.
2. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
3. Coat the chicken with the seasoning mixture.
4. Arrange onion rings on top of the chicken.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
6. Chicken can be served whole or shredded and served as sandwiches! We recommend a mayo based or ranch style sauce to go with this!
