This recipe disappeared in no time at my last get-together

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Slice bacon and put onto crackers. Top with 1 teaspoon or so of brown sugar.
Tip: If you want some heat, add a pinch of cayenne into the brown sugar before topping.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar has caramelized.
Allow the Candied Bacon Crackers to cool for a few minutes before serving.
