Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper and onion powder to taste
2 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup onion, sliced
2 cups carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup milk and 1/4 heavy cream
10.50 oz. cream of celery soup
