Introduction:
The holidays are all about creating traditions that bring joy and warmth to your family, and for me, one of the highlights is preparing my husband’s favorite drink each year: Frosty Snow Punch. This festive, frothy beverage has become a beloved tradition in our home, and every Christmas, he eagerly anticipates its sweet, cool taste. A perfect blend of creamy, fruity flavors, it’s the ideal drink to serve during holiday gatherings or cozy nights by the fire. Whether you’re hosting a party or simply celebrating with family, Frosty Snow Punch adds a refreshing touch to the festivities.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 ½ cups lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7-Up)
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for an extra frosty punch)
Fresh fruit slices (pineapple, orange, or cherries, for garnish)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the pineapple juice and orange juice. Stir to blend the juices together smoothly.
Add the coconut cream to the juice mixture, stirring until it dissolves completely and combines with the juices.
Carefully fold in the vanilla ice cream. You may want to use a spatula or spoon to mix gently to maintain the creamy texture.
If you prefer a colder, more frosty punch, add a handful of ice cubes at this point and stir until everything is well-chilled.
Pour the lemon-lime soda into the mixture and stir carefully to incorporate. You want to keep the soda’s fizzy, refreshing element, so mix gently.
Taste the punch and add sugar if you like a sweeter flavor. Stir again to blend.
