1. In sauce pan, brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
2. Grease slow cooker and dump beef, onion, soup, and potatoes. Season. Stir and set to high for 3 hours.
3. After 3 hours, add broth and uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on high.
4. Stir in 2 cups of cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
