Dessert in 7 minutes from three ingredients. No sugar, flour or baked goods
Desserts began to literally control people’s minds. It is impossible to imagine an event or celebration without a table full of sweets. In many European countries, the absence of dessert after lunch and dinner is considered a lack of politeness on the part of the host.
Sweet dishes have penetrated even into those states that did not initially introduce sweets. For example, this is perfectly reflected in Asian culture. Desserts in the form of lush cream cakes were introduced to Japan only recently, in the 20th century. However, after a short period of time, the entire Japanese culture was filled with dishes that came from Europe. Cakes and jellies are constantly present in cartoons and movies.
This does not mean that sweets should be removed from consumer culture. There are very tasty and healthy treats, such as curd jelly.
Ingredients for curd jelly:
cottage cheese – 800 g;
water – 100 ml;
canned pineapple – 580 g;
gelatin – 30 g.
