500 g game (e.g. wild boar, beef or a mixture)
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp oil
200 g mushrooms, sliced
200 ml cream
1 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 roll of puff pastry
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Fresh herbs (e.g. thyme or parsley)
