Eggs Cocotte with Goat Cheese and Bacon 🧀🥓

Ingredients
4 eggs 🥚
100 g bacon 🥓
100 g fresh goat cheese 🧀
4 tablespoons crème fraîche 🥛
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 🧂
Chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional, to garnish) 🌿
Preparation
1️⃣ Preparation of bacon and ramekins
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
In a frying pan, brown the bacon over medium heat until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Divide the bacon into 4 individual ramekins.
2️⃣ Assembling the eggs cocotte
Crack an egg into each ramekin, making sure not to pierce the yolk.
Add a tablespoon of crème fraîche to each ramekin, without covering the egg yolk.
Crumble the fresh goat cheese on top of the eggs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
