o 2 tbsp olive oil
o 4 tbsp unsalted butter
o 4 cloves garlic, minced
o 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)
• For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
o 1 cup heavy cream
o 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
o 1 tsp garlic powder
o Salt and pepper, to taste
o Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. Season the Steak
In a bowl, season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
2. Cook the Steak Bites
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
